The high quality 14k gold fill ear wires are handmade and attach to a solid brass hand textured semi-circle. Below the circle, varying lengths of brass bars dangle, adding movement and intrigue to this stunning piece.

Gold filled:

What is "Gold Filled"? Well, it is a way to get the benefits of gold without the huge cost. Think of it as a heavy 14K Gold plating (5% of the metal by weight). This protects your jewelry from tarnishing, and allows your ears to just contact 14K Gold. It does not flake off, rub off or tarnish.

Brass:

An alloy made of copper and zinc, brass is a great, more affordable alternative to gold. However, before you decide to purchase jewelry made of brass please be aware of how YOU personally react to it. Brass can sometimes turn skin green or cause irritation, so it’s important you know how you react. But, if you know that brass is a safe metal for you, it's a great option! The color is very similar to gold and we always use solid brass, which means the color will never wear off! Although, it can tarnish, it can easily be polished up again to bring back that gold shine!
